Almaoliva Bio 3 L is an organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Almazaras de la Subbética, a cooperative located in Carcabuey, in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park in Córdoba. The mountain olive grove landscape and the olive-growing tradition of this area are the origin of one of the mill's most versatile organic EVOO.
It is made from olives sourced from organic farming, processed to preserve the freshness and natural aromas of the fruit. Almaoliva Bio offers a balanced profile, with enough personality to be appreciated raw and an intensity that makes it easy to use in numerous recipes.
