Parqueoliva Serie Oro 500 ml is a premium extra virgin olive oilproduced by Almazaras de la Subbética in Carcabuey, Córdoba. It originates from a mountain olive grove region, where the conditions of the Cordovan Subbética and the local olive-growing tradition allow for the creation of oils with a distinct aromatic richness.
This EVOO is a blend of Picuda and Hojiblanca, two varieties that complement each other to create a balanced oil with personality. The Picuda provides softness and fruity expression, while the Hojiblanca contributes freshness, green nuances, and greater structure.
On the nose, it presents an intense and complex fruitiness, with hints of freshly cut grass, apple, green almond, and various vegetable notes. On the palate, it begins pleasantly and evolves toward a balanced bitterness and spiciness, offering good structure and a persistent aromatic finish.
