Parqueoliva 5 L is one of the extra virgin olive oils from Almazaras de la Subbética, a cooperative located in Carcabuey, in the heart of the province of Córdoba. It is produced under the Priego de Córdoba Protected Designation of Origin, an area closely linked to traditional olive cultivation.
It is a blenddesigned to achieve a balanced and versatile oil. During production, the olives are processed quickly after being received at the mill, seeking to preserve the freshness and natural qualities of the fruit. The resulting oil is filtered before storage and subsequent bottling.
Its sensory profile is marked by an intense fruitiness, with a predominance of green sensations accompanied by delicate hints of ripe fruit. On the palate, it offers a harmonious ensemble, where sweet notes coexist with well-integrated bitterness and pungency, adding personality without losing balance.
