Melgarejo Premium Composición is an extra virgin olive oil produced by Aceites Melgarejo in Pegalajar, Jaén. Unlike the mill’s single-varietal oils, Composición is born from a blend of different olive varieties selected to create a balanced, complex EVOO with its own sensory identity.
