Señoríos de Relleu Medium 3L Bag-in-Box is an extra virgin olive oil produced by Señoríos de Relleu in the interior of the province of Alicante. Its olive groves are located in a Mediterranean mountain landscape, where different olive varieties coexist on traditional terraces, adding diversity to the profile of their oils.
This reference is presented as a medium-intensity blend, seeking a balance between character and smoothness. The combination of different olives provides greater aromatic complexity and allows for a versatile EVOO, with enough presence to stand out when used raw, yet without being excessively intense.
