Bravoleum Primer Día de Cosecha (2026) is one of Hacienda El Palo's most special creations. Produced in Jaén from olives selected at the beginning of the harvest, it is crafted with the goal of capturing the fresh, intense, and aromatic character that distinguishes the first oils of each season.
The early harvest allows for working with fruit that is still green and has a high concentration of aromas. Taking care of the olives from the grove to the mill is essential to preserve these qualities and obtain an extra virgin oil of great vibrancy, where vegetal sensations take center stage.
On the nose, it displays an intense and complex green fruitiness. Notes of freshly cut grass, tomato vine, and olive leaf stand out, accompanied by hints of green almond and other fresh nuances. On the palate, it presents good structure and increasing intensity, with bitter and spicy sensations that add character and remain balanced throughout the tasting. The finish is long, clean, and highly aromatic.
Due to its profile, Bravoleum Primer Día de Cosecha is especially suited to be enjoyed raw to fully appreciate its sensory richness. It is ideal for tasting simply on bread, as well as accompanying tomatoes, salads, vegetables, soups, and legumes. It also provides an interesting contrast to meats, cheeses, and dishes with intense flavors.
