Artajo 8 Arróniz 2.5L is an organic extra virgin olive oil produced by Artajo on their estate in Fontellas, Navarre. The Artajo family has a long tradition linked to olive oil and currently carries out the entire process with special attention to cultivation, harvesting, and the rapid processing of the olives.
The star of this monovarietal is the Arróniz, a variety closely linked to Navarre and the Ebro valley. Its adaptation to the local climatic conditions results in oils with their own character, where green sensations combine with a notable intensity on the palate.
Sensory-wise, it offers a fresh, vegetal fruitiness, with hints of grass, leaves, tomato, and almond, as well as other green nuances. On the palate, it is structured and expressive, with a perceptible bitterness and a progressive pungency that add personality and leave a pleasant persistence.
Due to its intensity, Artajo 8 Arróniz works especially well raw on toast, tomatoes, salads, and vegetables.
