Dominus Reserva Familiar 5 L is an extra virgin olive oil produced by Monvain Mancha Real, Jaén, in a privileged setting for olive cultivation near the Sierra Mágina Natural Park. The Montabes Vañó family is behind this olive oil project, in which care for the fruit and control of the production process are fundamental elements.
This EVOO is made with Picual olives, a variety closely linked to Jaén and recognized for producing oils with great personality, structure, and aromatic richness. The goal during production is to maximize the freshness of the fruit and achieve a clean and defined expression of this variety.
Dominus Reserva Familiar presents an intense green fruitiness. Its aromatic profile features hints of freshly cut grass, olive leaf, and tomato, accompanied by nuances of green almond. On the palate, it is structured and persistent, with the bitterness and spiciness characteristic of the Picual variety well integrated into the whole.
Due to its intensity, it is particularly interesting to enjoy raw on toast, tomatoes, salads, and vegetables, as well as to accompany cheeses, meats, fish, legumes, rice dishes, and full-flavored meals.
