LaSolana2 Picual 500 ml is an organic extra virgin olive oilproduced in Campo Cisnares, in the municipality of Oria, Almería. The LaSolana2 project develops its olive grove in a mountain environment located at approximately 1,100 meters of altitude, unique conditions that contribute to defining the identity of this oil.
It is made exclusively with Picual variety olives, grown using organic and regenerative practices. The olives are harvested early, while still green, and carefully processed to preserve their freshness, aromas, and natural components. The result is a limited production that reflects both the variety and the characteristics of the land.
Sensory-wise, it presents an expressive and fresh green fruitiness. Notes of freshly cut grass, olive leaf, tomato plant, and fig treeappear, forming a clearly vegetal profile. On the palate, it shows structure and persistence, with defined and balanced bitterness and spiciness that reinforce the characteristic nature of the Picual.
Its intensity makes it especially interesting to enjoy raw on toast, tomatoes, salads, and vegetables, as well as accompanying cheeses, legumes, meats, fish, and strong-flavored dishes. The 500 ml tinprevents direct exposure of the oil to light and offers a compact and convenient format for keeping it in good condition.
