Oro del Desierto Lechín 3 L is an organic extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Lechín variety olives. It comes from the Oro del Desierto estate in Tabernas, Almería, where the olive grove thrives under particularly dry and sunny conditions that are part of the identity of the oils from this family-run mill.
Lechín is a traditional variety from southern Spain and is less common on the market than others such as Picual, Arbequina, or Hojiblanca.
